Residential neighborhood of 450 single family “patio” homes on 1/3 to 2/3 acre lots. All homes and condos in Northridge are considered “fee simple.” Which, simply put, means homeowners own the land as well as the structure. This qualifies homeowners as trust members to have access and use of the common lands surrounding your home.
Amenities at Northridge include roads, common area and external home maintenance, clubhouse with meeting/party room, trash compactor, and catering kitchen, outdoor pool, children’s play area, fitness center, tennis courts, firewood for homeowner’s use on site.
Four Seasons at Camelback
A single family and town home development located across Camelback Road from the resort. The home sites are naturally wooded with close proximity to mountain activities, shopping, major highways, regional medical centers and schools. Homes have traditional and open floor plans, 2-10 year home warranties, appliance packages, central water and sewer. Relax after a full day of activity in master bedrooms that have wood burning fireplaces.
Besides the proximity to the ski resort and water park, other Four Seasons amenities to be enjoyed are an outdoor pool, children’s play area, clubhouse with trash disposal and a catering kitchen, fitness center, tennis courts and firewood for homeowner’s use on site.
The Village at Camelback
Imagine yourself in the heart of the Pocono Mountains, directly ON Camelback Mountain in your privately owned townhouse configured as a fourplex or side-by-side duplex. Most condos have views of the Poconos or the Delaware River Valley with some on top having views of three states – Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York!
The Village townhomes slope-side location provides easy access to skiing and snowboarding. In addition, snowmobiling on winding, mountain trails, cross country skiing through beautiful woodlands, horse drawn sleigh rides and ice skating are all nearby.
The summer months offer hours of enjoyment at the Camelbeach Water Park just seconds away. Within easy walking distance you’ll also find the Big Pocono State Park and Pennsylvania Game lands with mountain biking, hunting, lakes for fishing, canoeing and boating plus miles of hiking trails. Nearby horseback riding, golf, flying, and whitewater rafting makes staying indoors nearly impossible. If that wasn’t enough, the Pocono’s newest casino, Mt. Airy, is less than ten minutes away!
The Village community has an indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, saunas, gym, indoor and outdoor tennis courts and much more to keep fitness and fun at the forefront of your Poconos get away.
Mountain View Village at Camelback
Located at the base of Camelback Mountain Resort, the Mountain View Village is within walking distance of the snow tubing park and the Camelback Winter Shuttle. This small community is comprised of about fifty townhomes most with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All of them have carports, access to trash removal and some exterior maintenance.
The Village is within five miles of Tannersville shopping and with two miles of The Crossings outlet complex. Most of the area’s attractions are within twenty-five minutes of the homes at Mountain View Village.
Skiside Village at Camelback
While conveniently located to Camelback Mountain, the townhomes of Skiside Village ARE NOT a part of the Camelback Mountain Resort. The neighborhood is comprised of timeshares, vacation rentals and whole ownership townhomes near the base of Camelback Mountain Resort. Hearty folks can walk to the resort, but know that it is about a ¾ mile hike. Most visitors choose to drive from Skiside’s convenient location.
Because Skiside Village is in no way affiliated with Camelback Mountain Resort and is operated by a completely separate entity, rental maintenance may not live up to the same reputable standards of the resort. Review all information related to the specific unit you wish to rent carefully before signing a rental agreement. Persons interested in whole ownership units will find that they are newly upgraded or in the renovation process.
